I'm always on the lookout for cheap but trendy makeup. There's something about boutique makeup thats a heck of a lot more enticing than the boring old drugstore beauty route.
I recently heard on E!'s The Answer Bitch podcast (huge fan) about a line of inexpensive beauty products called Coono Babe. So I had to check them out. Luxglo Lip Gloss

Review: Absolutely love this gloss. The colors are amazing and the feel is super slick. Very long lasting. My favorites are diabla (a gorgeous red that you can layer to adjust depth of color), adios, mo-fo (funny name but stunning shade of apricot), brown sugar (perfect shade for fall).
Cons: There aren't any!
Slimglo Lip Gloss
Price: $9 each if you buy 3
Review: The colors are oh-so-flattering and they feel amazing on. I bought and adore the following shades:
maneater, havana nights, sinful.
Eyelites Eye Shadow
Price: $10 each
Review: I love the way my eyes look with these shades. The powder is super finely milled and can be layered for depth. I bought last call, brazilian, and mermaid.
Final Note: The prices are great and rival if not beat some drugstore beauty pricing. The quality is right up there with the expensive brands. I must say Coono Babe is definitely a worthy splurge for us budget conscious chicks.
